89bda Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of 89bda. By registering or placing a bet you confirm you have read and accepted all conditions set out below.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 89bda ("Platform", "We", "Us"). They apply to all use of the 89bda website, mobile browser interface, games, promotional offers, and associated services. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.
89bda reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
2. Eligibility Requirements
You must satisfy all of the following requirements at registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of 89bda.

Minimum Age — 21 Years
You must be at least 21 years of age at registration and at all times during platform use. 89bda may request documentary proof of age and may suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. -
Full Legal Capacity
You must have full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability or restriction that would render this Agreement unenforceable. -
One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances. -
Accurate Personal Information
All information provided at registration and during subsequent updates must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To access 89bda's full services you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, date of birth, full legal name, and a password. Your registered mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for verification and, if enabled, two-factor authentication. It is your responsibility to keep this number active and accessible.
89bda operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national ID, passport, or driver's licence — at any stage. Failure to provide required documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until KYC is completed.
89bda reserves the right to close accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months. A notice will be sent to the registered mobile number before closure. Any balance in a closed inactive account will be held for six months, during which you may contact support to reclaim funds subject to successful identity verification.
4. Your Key Obligations
The following obligations apply to all 89bda account holders at all times and are material conditions of your continued access to the platform.
Never share your account password or verification codes. Use a unique password not used elsewhere. Enable two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Each player is entitled to one account only. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent a self-exclusion, or for any other reason is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. You must not use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank accounts, or any other payment instrument belonging to a third party. Third-party deposits may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.
Deposits must meet the minimum threshold applicable at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are subject to current processing times and any wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds. All transactions must be initiated through the platform's payment interface using supported Bangladesh payment methods.
Bonuses are subject to specific terms published with each offer. Wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and withdrawal limits on bonus funds are binding. Exploiting bonuses through irregular play may result in cancellation and account review.
You must use 89bda solely for lawful personal entertainment. You must not use the platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or use automated scripts or bots in any manner not sanctioned by 89bda.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
89bda accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no foreign currency conversion. Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are shown at the time of initiating a transaction.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC requirements; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount meeting the minimum threshold for the selected payment method; and (d) no pending fraud or security investigations on the account. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically settle within 30 minutes; bank transfers within 24 hours on business days.
89bda does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. Where a third-party provider applies its own transaction fee, that fee is outside 89bda's control and is the player's responsibility. The net amount receivable after any third-party fee will always be shown before you confirm a withdrawal.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms
89bda may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives (collectively "Promotions"). Participation in any Promotion is voluntary. Each Promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time it is made available. Where specific terms conflict with these general Terms, specific terms prevail.
The following rules apply to all Promotions unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal is permitted.

If you withdraw funds before satisfying wagering requirements, the outstanding bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited without prior notice. Only your real-money cash balance may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are complete.

Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. Accounts registered solely to claim a Promotion without genuine intent to use the platform will result in Promotion forfeiture and potential account closure.

89bda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without notice, provided such modification does not affect Promotions already in progress for active participants who have met the qualifying conditions.

Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Where multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, 89bda may specify the order in which wagering requirements must be satisfied. Players are responsible for understanding Promotion terms before opting in.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes in any manner not sanctioned by 89bda.

Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using third-party payment sources to obscure the origin of funds.

Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion order, exploit welcome bonuses more than once, or avoid restrictions applied by 89bda.

Colluding with other players, staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion, including chip dumping or coordinated bonus abuse.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, deposit, withdrawal, or support interaction, or impersonating any other person on the platform.
8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
89bda is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible through your account settings or by contacting 89bda support via live chat. Players who feel their gambling may be becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and seek support. All gaming on 89bda is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
A self-exclusion request locks your account for the period you specify (minimum 30 days, up to permanent). During exclusion you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. 89bda will make reasonable efforts to enforce exclusion but cannot guarantee prevention in all circumstances. 9. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the 89bda platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 89bda or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 89bda content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 89bda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions from technical failures or events outside 89bda's reasonable control. 89bda's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
89bda reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. The effective date shown above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept the amended Terms, close your account and stop using the platform.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 89bda operates. Disputes that cannot be resolved through 89bda's support process may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
